Finance Administrator at Flash Group

Minimum Requirements:

Essential

• 3 years’ experience creditors and reconciliations
• Advanced Excel (not negotiable)
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Must be self-managed
• Be able to think logically to solve problems
• Analytical thinking
• Must be able to work overtime during month end reports
• Deadline driven

Responsibilities

• Liaise with 3rd parties to receive, capture and pay invoices
• Reconcile large volume of transactions to supplier statements
• Manage margins of selected products to ensure correct capturing
• Ensure accurate presentation in the management accounts of the selected virtual products
• Analysis in comparison to budget and prior year
• Sort large amounts of data to aggregate up to globular invoices for capture
• Liaise with the tech department to troubleshoot problems and streamline processes
• Prepare report for product Analysis
