JOB SUMMARY (Responsibilities)
Monitor, track and challenge performance of category and seek to identify opportunities to close gaps
Working as part of cross functional team on performance Interventions as agreed and approved by CCBT, FLT, CDLT
Support CDLT on new initiatives, e.g. E-Commerce, New route to market options and new customers End to end Business partner within cross functional team working on Mergers and Acquisitions Develop aligned tools and templates for common projects.
Build capabilities within the team through leveraging diverse experience and best practice.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors’ Degree in Finance or Accounting; Professional Finance Qualification (CIMA) – added advantage
Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant experience from FMCG or a similar Industry, i.e. end-to-end Business Partnering experience
Strong analytical capability
Proven ability to negotiate and influence at all levels
Commercial acumen - to understand the bigger picture and manage Stakeholders accordingly
Financial Flexibility to deal with ‘disruption’ (over all Finance experience to allow you to be able to work on multiple and different projects).
