Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting debtors’/ creditor’s clerks with unresolved claims
- Carry out follow-ups regarding invoices
- Customer liaison on problem accounts
- Accurately load price lists
- Reconcile internal accounts
- Perform all admin and ad hoc tasks as assigned by designated supervisor
Requirements
- Grade 12
- A completed Bachelor of Commerce Degree / Diploma in Accounting or relevant equivalent qualification
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office productivity tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Analytical Thinker
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion
