Finance Intern at Carter SA

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Dealership reconciliations
• Preparing reconciliation for all our cash debtor accounts
• Tracing every single transaction to originating source
• Follow through the transaction all the way to reporting
• Investigate any unreconciled transactions
• Process allocations for all reconciled transactions
• Give regular updates on progress to the Accountant and aftersales managers

This is a full-time role. Interviews will be held in Johannesburg.

Only South Africans or individuals with an existing valid South African work permit need apply.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric Certificate
• The candidate must have a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts receivable principles.
• It would be advantageous for the candidate to have formal training /qualifications in the field of accounting or related.
• Retail experience would be advantageous, but not required
• Clear criminal record
• Clear credit record
