Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, local regulations, and company policies
Prepare and present accurate financial statements and performance analysis to senior management
Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risks to ensure financial stability
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence
Collaborate with other departments to drive strategic decision-making and improve financial performance
Manage external audits and ensure timely completion of statutory requirements
Drive process improvements and efficiency in financial systems and reporting
Qualifications:
BCom degree in Finance / Accounting (essential)
Completed SAICA articles (advantageous)
Requirements:
Strong understanding of financial accounting, management accounting, and financial analysis
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Finance Manager
Must have people management experience, min 5 years
Preferably within a manufacturing or automotive environment
Solid knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations, and financial compliance
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in SAP / Syspro / XERO software and Advanced Microsoft Excel
