As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving efficiency across the business. You’ll work closely with the executive team and have the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a thriving, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Prepare and present monthly management accounts
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting standards
Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
Partner with various departments to support business decision-making
Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies
Requirements:
BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (essential)
2–3 years’ experience as a Finance Manager within the Fin-Tech or Financial Services industry preferrably
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Proficient in financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
