Finance Process Architect at Salt South Africa

Responsibilities:

• Lead and complete improvement projects on time, ensuring effective delivery.
• Collaborate with finance teams and other functional areas to develop and streamline processes.
• Configure systems and recommend solution improvements, aligning with existing IT and business structures.
• Manage outsourced service providers and project initiatives within the functional area.
• Monitor data integrity within the finance systems and provide high-level analytical support for ad-hoc requests.

Key Requirements:

• Be an accredited CA(SA)
• Bachelor’s degree (B.Comm or equivalent) in Finance, Business Management, or related field.
• At least 10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in Business or IT consulting.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of finance systems.
• Proven technical ability in supporting ERP implementations.
• Proficient in Onestream

Additional requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and graphs.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and implementation programs.
• Experience with financial planning and analysis software, including support.
• Proficiency in reporting and analytic tools such as MS Power BI.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and accounting principles.
• Proven experience in project management and leading multi-country teams.
