Company and Job Description:

• This leading organization in the Financial Systems department is looking for a skilled Systems Specialist to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, providing actionable insights into the organization’s performance. The role requires an individual who excels in a dynamic environment and has a passion for performance management and optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Bridge business needs and IT solutions, ensuring data integration and accurate reporting
• Develop BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Maintain a performance management data warehouse
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand data needs and create relevant reporting solutions
• Drive performance improvement initiatives across reporting and operational excellence
• Support change management and ensure smooth transitions in reporting systems and processes.
• Must have TM1 experience

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• CA(SA) or CIMA accreditation is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in working with TM1
• Experience in Power BI and SAP or HFM is preferred.
