Financial Accountant – International at MPC Recruitment

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Accounts Team while managing financial operations
• Prepare management accounts, budgets, and variance reports with precision
• Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic decisions
• Ensure compliance by handling PAYE, VAT, and UIF submissions
• Oversee the payroll function, which is managed through an outsourced service provider
• Manage debtors and creditors to maintain a robust cash flow

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• A degree in Finance or Accounting
• At least 5 years of strong accounting experience, including financial accounting
• Expertise in tax and business compliance
• Proficiency in Syspro is non-negotiable
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines
• A collaborative leadership style with a passion for team development
