An NQF 6 qualification in Finance / Financial Management / Financial Accounting / Accounting / Auditing / Public Management as recognized by SAQA.
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Financial Administration.
Valid driver’s license (with exception of persons with disability). Skills and Knowledge:
Sound knowledge of the Public Financial Management Act (PFMA) and Treasury Regulations.
Understanding of Public Service policies and legislative framework.
Proficiency in financial training and data analysis.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure. Innovation, creativity, integrity and honesty. Excellent customer care and integrity skills.
