Process claims and standing advances. Check and ensure that claim forms are completed accurately before submission to accounting office or financial authority on Polfin. Check and ensure processing of financial payments, standing advances, and administrative processes on Polfin, claims, and debts. Administer overtime remuneration and allowances. Check/monitor telephone accounts and payments thereof. Administer and control losses of state money, face value forms. Administer payments to suppliers. Administer cash received and issue receipts for money received. Deposit money at accounting station/area office/financial institution. Process claims and standing advances.
