Financial Executive - Midrand at Datacentrix

Managed Talent Solutions' client is looking for a hands-on Financial Executive.  They require an experienced individual who is adept at balancing strategic vision with meticulous attention to detail, driving financial performance while ensuring compliance and accountability across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze monthly financial reporting
• Preparation of financial information for management and board meetings
• Annual budget preparation and review
• Completion of annual audits and financial statements
• Treasury and cashflow management
• Ensure accounting and tax compliance
• Review high-value commission and bonus calculations
• Provide financial advice to business units
• Drive system improvements and digitization of finance processes
• People management and development

Requirements

• CA(SA) or equivalent qualification
• 10 years of post-article experience that includes a minimum 5 years in a senior management/executive role
• In-depth IFRS experience 
• Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness
• Local and international tax and regulatory exposure
• Comprehensive financial risk management skills
• Understanding of ERP systems
• Experience managing large, diverse teams
• Involvement in strategic business planning
