    Firmware Engineer

    Skills & Experience:

    • Firmware development: design, code, and verify
    • Firmware maintenance: investigate and fix reported issues
    • Embedded systems, microcontrollers, and fundamental peripherals
    • Coding standards
    • C/C++/C# coding
    • Testing & debugging
    • STM32 (ARM Cortex M) and PIC
    • Python
    • Embedded Linux, Android
    • Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, GPS, Cellular, LoRa, TCP/UDP, MQTT, AWS IoT 

    Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic/Electronic Engineering (or similar) 
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience
    • Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
