• FEDICS is in search for Food Services Assistants to join their team. The primary purpose of a Food Service Assistant is to assist with the preparation of and the serving of all meals and beverages to customers, ensuring great customer service always. 

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Assist with food preparation and keep the service line clean and well stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining areas, and workstations.
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service at all times.
• Carry out reasonable instructions, attend required training, and support daily operations.
• Follow company policies and legal requirements for hygiene, health, safety, and food standards.

Skills and Competencies    

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, reliable, and able to work with attention to detail.
• Motivated, practical, and able to work quickly and safely.
• Good communication skills and able to work well in a team.
• Maintains good personal hygiene and is physically suited to food handling duties.

Qualifications    

• 1 -2-year experience in a similar role
• Culinary qualification would be advantageous
