We are looking for a hands-on Foreman with solid experience in roads, stormwater, sewer, and pipelines construction to join our site team. This is a practical, site-based role for someone who can lead from the front, manage teams effectively, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to spec.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities (roads & pipeline works)
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and plant
Ensure work is completed according to project plans and specifications
Monitor productivity, quality, and deadlines
Enforce health & safety compliance on site
Report progress and site issues to management
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
Valid driver’s licence (essential)
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Foreman in construction
Proven experience in roads, stormwater, sewer, and pipelines projects
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to read drawings and work to specifications
