A global chemical business based in the North of Johannesburg, is currently looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to join their established team. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the successful incumbent will be responsible for financial analysis and reporting to aid in strategic decision making.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes by developing and maintaining financial models
Prepare and analyse financial reports for senior management and key stakeholders, including monthly/quarterly management reports, variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis
Perform monthly/quarterly impairment testing
Align with cross functional teams to develop financial plans
Key Requirements:
CIMA/CGMA or Bachelors degree in finance/Accounting
3 – 5 year's experience in a FP&A role
Strong understanding of financial models
Experience within a chemicals business will be advantageous
