Forecasting per country for the SSA FOBO business (including preparation of the forecast models and working with the various franchise managers to gather inputs) {executing actions after receiving input}
Innovations P&L preparation – gathering inputs { executing actions after receiving input}
Other adhoc FOBO reporting (DII etc) {executes and prepares report based on inputs received}
Track status of orders placed by bottlers; forecasts, impact of changes
Follow up on all outstanding matters
Support timely, well developed Plans that facilitate the achievement of business objectives
Support to all functions across BU for Pack Price Strategy, product innovation and initiatives.
Provide weekly Outlooks to share with Exec team
Support Franchise team to provide financial perspective in all commercial initiatives.
Ensure smooth communication with Cork to provide correct financial data and identify risks and opportunities
Supports presentations
Ensure the analysis of relevant and reliable financial information for all stakeholders’
Track year to date performance and by key entity. Understand variances and analyse business drivers of same
Trend analysis (volume, pricing, costs) to assess accuracy of targets and recommend opportunities for improvement
Keep track of risks and opportunities to better assess outlook of performance
Support reinvestments proposals, evaluate impact on PI and Bottler financial performance
Assist with submissions for MBR & QBR review within the BU and ensure qualitative submission.
Support consistent delivery of Forecast commitments of Net Revenue, NOPBT & OCF
Qualifications/Requirements
Key Skills/ Experience Required
FMCG experience
Knowledge of Franchise is an advantage
A degree in finance; with sound understanding of other disciplines like sales and supply chain
Ability to work with desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office
Knowledge in HFM
Knowledge of Cockpit and Mosaic advantageous
Multi country experience; working in Africa advantageous
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
