• Spur Corporation is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Freelance Art Director to collaborate with our in-house design team. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of our brands and marketing assets, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand’s values, positioning, and memorable dining experiences. 

Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Visual concept development. Create and develop visual concepts that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
• Team leadership. Lead and mentor a team of designers, ensuring a collaborative and productive working environment.
• Project management. Oversee the production of visual assets, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Client collaboration. Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling visual solutions.
• Quality control. Ensure all visual materials are polished, cohesive, and meet the required standards.
• Trend analysis. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into the creative process where relevant.
• Cross-departmental collaboration. Work with other departments, such as marketing and content, to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
• Presentation. Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments.
• Budget management. Manage the budget for visual projects, ensuring that resources are used efficiently.
• Continuous improvement. Regularly review and refine visual processes to improve efficiency and creativity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an art director or in a similar creative role.
• Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and brand identity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex visual challenges.
• 5+ years of experience in design, advertising, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• A degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in graphic, digital and multimedia design.
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools and processes, such as UX/UI design.
• Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
• Proficient in Ai related skills
