    French Call Centre Agent - Epping

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Matric
    • Valid work Visa
    • Highly computer literate (MS Office)
    • 1 year cold calling experience
    • Must have previous call centre experience
    • Excellent English and French verbal and written skills
    • Reliable transport
    • Strictness and responsiveness (essential)
    • Must have a good sense of customer care
    • Excellent inter-personal skills

    DUTIES:

    • Answer customers’ queries with regards to their shipment
    • Update call centre procedures
    • Take appointments for sales representative based in Paris
    • Provide a weekly statistics report with regards to the call centre activities
    • Train on call centre procedures
    • Monitor call handling by the Call Centre Agents
    • Ad-hoc duties
