    DUTIES:

    Operations:

    • Provide necessary support and instruction to the Front Office Team

    • Ensure guest invoicing is being captured correctly as per the hotel’s PMS and that all pits are being check the evening prior to check out

    • Assist in training and developing reception and porter staff
