We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front of House Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests and ensuring the smooth running of our front of house operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
Taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
Maintaining a clean and organized front of house area
Assisting with food and beverage preparation as needed
Working collaboratively with kitchen and serving staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests
Adhering to all health and safety regulations and ensuring compliance with company policies
Cash handling and processing payments accurately
Assisting with inventory management and stock control
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction
