Front of House & Bar Manager at Phoenix Recruitment

• Busy, vibey Restaurant & Bar in Cape Town Central is looking for a Front of House & Bar Manager to join their team on a fixed term contract.

Duties:

• Ensure high levels of customer service
• Ensure the smooth and professional running of day to day operations
• Daily management of shift staff
• Management of daily cash ups
• Open or closing of shop
• Stock Control and ordering of Bar and kitchen requirements
• Maintain consistency in food and beverage products
• Assist Training of new staff
• Assist in disciplinary measures if required
• Keep meticulous record of monetary movement in the floats/cash up sheets/petty cash
• Maintain all personal records of employees are kept securely

Requirements:

• At least 1 year managing a bar/restaurant or club environment
• Flexible working hours & nighttime or weekend work
• References for previous work in similar role
