OM to EY MENA for Ma’aden mining co which has embarked on a finance transformation program

Planning and Budgeting Lead secondment role:

Business Planning
- Lead the development of the integrated business planning process for Ma’aden.
- Manage the annual 5 Year Business Plan process for Ma’aden and oversee the monitoring of the implemented business plans.
- Drive and implement leading practice processes for business planning.
- Lead business plan development to achieve both hard targets (financials, throughput, etc.) and soft targets (talent retention, new product development, etc.) in support of business objectives.
- Oversee business planning for each JV and product line to maximize profit.
- Provide system leadership in the use of methods and processes to support business planning, development, and growth.
- Oversee Hyperion designs to increase agility, improve business alignment and enhance decision making.
- Act as a strategic resource around business planning reviews to solve challenging business problems as required.
- Provide expert planning and development advice to BUs within Ma’aden.
Budgeting
- Lead the preparation, update and analysis of the Group’s one year budget.
- Manage the monthly preparation of Actuals vs. Budget reports, analysis and reporting of the performance and profitability of all entities.
Qualification:
- Chartered Global Management Account (ACMA,CGMA)
