General Worker - Alrode at AECI Limited

Job Description    

• Offload raw material tankers into storage tanks (additives)
• Conduct raw material and finished product stock takes (dips)
• Assist in the manufacture of bituminous products
• Transfer bituminous products to finished product tanks and mix bituminous products for the specified period
• Take representative samples in the manufacturing process line and take to the laboratory
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the plant and loading bay
• Check vehicle tanks as per flushing matrix to prevent product contamination
• Load hauler and distributor trucks (product, quantity, etc.) as per loading instructions
• Take representative samples for delivery to the client and for record keeping
• Filling of drums to correct mass

Qualifications & Experience    

• Matric
• Valid forklift license
• 1-3 years relevant experience
