Geologist - UG

Purpose of Role
- To oversee and manage all geological activities within Tharisa Minerals’ (TM’s) mining operations and play a crucial role in ensuring the successful exploration, extraction and development of mineral resources while optimising operational efficiency and safety.
Minimum Requirements (Geologist - UG):

Qualifications:
- Grade 12
- Bachelor of Science Honours Degree (NQF8) Required
- Accredited MRM qualification and MBA are advantageous
- Member of professional body (SACNASP- Pr.Sci.Nat)
Job specific experience:
- A minimum of between eight to ten (8-10) years of experience, of which 5 years should be in an underground mining operation
- Geology modelling and evaluation experience
