    Global Digital Marketing Specialist

    About the Role

    • We’re looking for a performance-oriented and well-rounded Global Digital Marketing Specialist to support our growing digital marketing efforts across multiple regions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience who’s ready to step into a global role to support in areas such as SEO and Paid Search, while contributing to wider digital strategies.
    • This role is ideal for a digital marketer who is curious, collaborative, and confident working on multiple digital channels, including content optimization and performance analysis to campaign coordination and web analytics.

    What You’ll Be Doing
    Search Engine Marketing (SEM & SEO)

    • Support and help manage global paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.) alongside regional marketers.
    • Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, ad copy refinement, and landing page optimization.
    • Contribute to SEO strategy and execution: content optimization, backlink building, website audits, and brand visibility improvements.
    • Apply AI tools to streamline and enhance campaigns.

    Website & Content Optimization

    • Coordinate digital content to ensure it’s optimized for both search engines (SEO) and answer engines (AEO).
    • Collaborate with content creators and regional teams to improve discoverability and engagement.
    • Perform regular website audits to ensure accuracy, freshness, and search relevance.

    Conversion Rate & Funnel Optimization

    • Use tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for conversion rate improvements.
    • Implement testing strategies (A/B, multivariate) to improve performance of landing pages, ad creatives, and calls to action.

    Analytics, Reporting & Insights

    • Build and maintain dashboards to track key metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, Quality Score, etc.).
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
    • Monitor performance across digital channels and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

    Campaign Coordination & Cross-Team Collaboration

    • Coordinate global campaign assets and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging across regions.
    • Liaise with SEO agencies, designers, developers, and regional marketers to execute integrated campaigns.
    • Support occasional paid social campaigns when needed.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing (including some exposure to SEO, paid search, or content marketing).
    • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads
    • Google Ads certification (or willingness to earn it).
    • Familiarity with SEO and/or paid media best practices. Even better if you’ve worked with AI tools for campaign optimization.
    • Ideally, experience using reporting/visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Excel.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively across global teams.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
