Accountable for all aspects of the assignee experience, managing the end-to-end process with internal and external vendors.
Manage moves across a variety of policy types including Long Term International Assignees, Short Term Assignees, Permanent Transfers and Commuters.
Build close relationships with numerous stakeholders, multi-tasking and maintaining a tight control of day to day service operations.
Go-to person for your in-country stakeholders and pillars/business functions.

Create and maintain assignee and process documentation.

Drive local consistency with global processes, with a strong focus on data integrity and compliance.

As part of the G lobal People Experiences & Operations team and work closely with the regional teams (including HR People Experience Leads, Data Specialists, Payroll services, Pensions, Reward, IT).
Work with other GM PELs globally and the wider GM team including GM Data Specialists, GM Managers, GM Operations team, GM Systems & Technology team.
Partner with global service providers.
Support HR Business Partners and line managers.
Become a ‘Subject Matter Expert’ in a particular area. This could include tax and social security, immigration, pay review, customer service, operational excellence, assignment pro systems/digital etc. You will then lead global and local projects relating to your SME area and become the go-to person within the team and globally.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 2-3 years’ experience within Global Mobility/ immigration
Tax consulting experience is beneficial
Strong attention to detail
Tech-savvy & highly analytical
Agility in working with teams based globally
Advanced MS office skills e.g. excel
An out of the box thinker with the ability to problem solve
