    Data Specialist

    The Data specialist oversees all things data – assignment initiations, extensions and terminations on Workday/Salesforce, the completion of admin/support tasks for Global Mobility People Experience Leads, cost estimate requests.

    • Responsible for data entry for payroll instructions including creation of compensation worksheet templates.
    • Go-to person for in-country stakeholders and pillars/business functions.
    • Support the annual regional pay review and any other analytics and data validation projects in your cluster.
    • Support all cost centre, finance and billing related queries
    • Monitor the generic GM mailbox, reading and distributing emails to relevant parties.
    • Workday data entry, maintenance and support.
    • Assignment management system (Assignment Pro) – you are the super-user, in charge of data validation projects, data accuracy, data cleanse activities.
    • Data Analytics – you create storyboards or score cards based on data as part of Data Analytics per cluster/region
    • Reporting – you support the GM team with regular and ad-hoc reporting on assignment start and end dates etc.
    • Network
    • The Data specialist is a member of the Global People Experiences & Operations team and work closely with the regional teams (including HR People Experience Leads, Data Specialists, Payroll services, Pensions, Reward, IT).
    • Work with other GM PELs globally and the wider GM team, particularly with GM Operations, Payroll, Global Package Team, Finance teams etc.

    Key Requirements

    • Tertiary qualification is essential, (bachelor’s degree is preferred)
    • 1-3 years’ experience in business analytics
    • Understanding of payroll functionality is beneficial
    • Tech-savvy and have an analytical mind, and business acumen
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Master of Office applications, experience within Workday and AssignmentPro is beneficial
    • Strong and demonstrable administrative and prioritization skills and experience

    Global Mobility Specialist

    • Accountable for all aspects of the assignee experience, managing the end-to-end process with internal and external vendors.
    • Manage moves across a variety of policy types including Long Term International Assignees, Short Term Assignees, Permanent Transfers and Commuters.
    • Build close relationships with numerous stakeholders, multi-tasking and maintaining a tight control of day to day service operations.
    • Go-to person for your in-country stakeholders and pillars/business functions.
    • Good understanding of local employment law, immigration, personal tax, social security, payroll compliance and vendor management.
    • Create and maintain assignee and process documentation.
    • Responsible for payroll instructions and compliance.
    • Drive local consistency with global processes, with a strong focus on data integrity and compliance.
    • Responsible for payroll instructions and compliance.
    • Proactively seek feedback via surveys, drive high completion rates and engagement.
    • Suggest on improving the employee experience, based on the feedback you receive.
    • Collaborate with your colleagues on a day to day operational level, prioritise and resolve problems, participate in presentation and capability building sessions as required
    • As part of the G lobal People Experiences & Operations team and work closely with the regional teams (including HR People Experience Leads, Data Specialists, Payroll services, Pensions, Reward, IT).
    • Work with other GM PELs globally and the wider GM team including GM Data Specialists, GM Managers, GM Operations team, GM Systems & Technology team.
    • Partner with global service providers.
    • Support HR Business Partners and line managers.
    • Become a ‘Subject Matter Expert’ in a particular area. This could include tax and social security, immigration, pay review, customer service, operational excellence, assignment pro systems/digital etc. You will then lead global and local projects relating to your SME area and become the go-to person within the team and globally.

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • At least 2-3 years’ experience within Global Mobility/ immigration
    • Tax consulting experience is beneficial
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Tech-savvy & highly analytical
    • Agility in working with teams based globally
    • Advanced MS office skills e.g. excel
    • An out of the box thinker with the ability to problem solve
