    Global Recruitment Consultant

    Reporting and Management Structure
    Operating in a small team environment, you will report to the Global Talent and HR Manager. Other members of the team are a Global Payroll and Benefits Manager, a Payroll Administrator and an HR Coordinator. We are responsible for HR globally and work closely with the other global support teams: Finance, IT, Marketing and Project Management, as well as Wunderman Thompson and WPP teams in local markets.

    • Support the Pipelining Strategy


    Responsibilities

    • Delivering on recruitment across EMEA and NA by:
    • Liaising with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
    • Writing job descriptions
    • Sourcing candidates through multiple channels
    • Conducting screening interviews
    • Setting up interviews with relevant Hiring panel
    • Administering relevant recruitment tests and assessments (technical tests, psychometrics, background, etc.)
    • Drawing up contracts
    • Setting up Induction meetings
    • Supporting the Global Talent and HR Manager with a Pipelining Strategy


    Requirements

    • A minimum of at least 5 years’ experience in Recruitment
    • Evidence of creating recruitment strategies that lead to a high placement ratio
    • Proven ability to make use of all channels (LinkedIn, company website, social media tools, networking, creation of contractor programmes)
    • Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the online or IT environment
    • Highly computer literate. Strong MS Office skills essential, advanced Excel
    • Excellent, concise written and verbal communication skills
    • Obsession with detail and planning
    • Self-motivated (a “completer”) and comfortable using own initiative
    • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Discrete
    • Results oriented
    • As this is a global role, the ability to operate over an extended day
