Graduate Asset Reunification at Computershare

• We are looking for four bright, talented and unemployed Graduates, in the Portfolio Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all assigned daily tasks and or outbound calls as set out by department manager.
• Follow standards and procedures for carrying out daily task.
• Accurately record and track calls and communication to shareholders.
• Discuss issues arising with the manager, resolve problems and ensure standards, policies and procedures are being met.
• Document and report on daily production and targets.
• Adjust hours of work based on priorities and assignments to ensure efficient operations based upon workload and delivery requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

A company to be proud of 

• Grade 12
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related qualification

Skills and Competencies 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Call centre experience will be an advantage
• Experienced in dealing with conflicting priorities and managing expectations
• Experienced in adapting style to influence a range of stakeholders
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong team player
• Documentation and organisational skills
• Ability to build consensus among stakeholders as to best solution
