Graduate Engineer Program - Systems Design Engineer at Rockwell Automation

Job Description

• As a Graduate Engineer, you will participate in a 12-month entry-level program designed to help you build core engineering skills through hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation products. You will report to the Engineering Manager and work onsite in Randburg, Gauteng, South Africa.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, define, and implement complex system requirements for customers.
• Prepare studies and analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Determine system specifications, input/output processes, and hardware/software compatibility.
• Coordinate subsystem design and integration of total systems.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve program support deficiencies, recommending corrective actions.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Engineering degree in Automation or Industrial Computing.
• Ability and willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
