• HMM is launching the 2024 Graduate Development Program.
• The Graduate Program is a two-year program designed to smoothly transition recent graduates from university to the work environment.
• The program provides challenging and rewarding work to develop our graduates into future leaders and technical experts at HMM.

ABOUT YOU:

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

• Have no more than two years of relevant work experience
• Eager to gain exposure in and work in the Mining industry.
• Good communication, analytical and logical thinking skills will be preferable.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work within a team is essential. 

Qualifications for this role are:

BSc/ BEng Degree/BTECH/National Diploma in:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current)
• Mining Engineering
• Geology
• Mine Survey
• Chemical Engineering (Mine Processing)
• Metallurgy
• Health, Safety and Environment
