Graduate Intern | Human Capital Data Coordinator SLS :SanlamConnect at Sanlam Group

What will you do?

• This is a 12-month contract position allowing the incumbent to gain relevant work experience in the financial services industry. This is a specialist technical role within the SanlamConnect Human Capital team that works closely with various stakeholders within the Human Capital management team, and whose primary responsibilities are to undertake data analytics, investigations, reporting and other relevant HC duties.  

What will make you successful in this role?

• Data Collection: collect, process data
• Extract and create regular MIS reports for the business
• Review reports created by others for various audiences
• Identify trends and contribution to the creation of HC insights
• Deliver analysis of HC data
• Undertake data management (structure and storage, transformations)
• Stakeholder management

Qualification and Experience

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Must have completed and be in possession of a 3-year HR Qualification specializing in IS (Information systems)
• Experience in data analytics advantageous
• Successful candidate should be unemployed
• Preferably no or very limited previous working experience
