Operate the Romer Absolute Arm to perform 3D scans of mechanical components. Process scan data and compile dimensional reports using PolyWorks software.
Assist in quality inspections and fault analysis of precision parts.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in measurement, accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure data integrity and process optimization.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Minimum C average (60%) in university results.
Basic understanding of mechanical systems and CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Exposure to metrology, 3D scanning, or dimensional analysis (advantageous but not required).
