Graduate Specialist Program: Graphic Designer (Automotive Aftermarket)

• The purpose of the 'Graduate Specialist Program: Graphic Designer' is to assist with visualization of information; the creation of guidelines / manuals / templates etc.

Responsibilities can include but are not limited to:

• Managing tasks from typesetting through to design, print and production 
• Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites 
• Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size 
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required 
• Producing sketches and sample designs (incl. use of digital tools like Adobe Toolsuite) 
• Digital retouching and image editing 
• Producing final graphics 
• Developing design style guides for digital and print context

The ideal candidate would be detail oriented, and have a sense for aesthetics. Ability to make things tangible, having an eye for shape, colour, type, placing, visualize information etc. We require a person with strong communication skills in English (speak, read and write). French or Portuguese language proficiency would be beneficial

Applicants should also be flexible to travel as and when required.

Please note the Bosch Graduate Specialist Program (GSP) is not a permanent position, it is a 2 year program only.

Desired Skills and Experience

Grade 12 / Matric and a completed Degree or Diploma in Graphic design or related field.
