    Graduate Specialist Trainee - Thermo Technology (Internal Sales)

    Job Description
    The successful candidate will be mentored in the following topics:

    • Sales orders processing (Insure all orders invoicing process for projects, spare parts and services)
    • Sales reporting
    • Logistics
    • Import coordination with Logistics team
    • Negotiate operations execution and follow up
    • Customer delivery follow-up
    • Direct Purchasing
    • Indirect Purchasing
    • Customer and supplier master data maintenance
    • Material Master Data maintenance
    • Open receivables follow-up
    • Open payable follow-up
    • Processes update and maintenance

    Qualifications
    EDUCATION:

    • Matric
    • Degree in Sales/ Marketing / Business Management

    SKILLS

    • Microsoft Office
    • SAP (Advantageous)
    • Attention to Detail
