Group Head of M&A at Robert Walters

A leading multinational within the Pharmaceuticals sector, is looking to hire a Group Head of M&A to take on the development and implementation of mergers and acquisitions. This role would suit a CA (SA), CFA, MBA qualified professional with extensive and end to end M&A experience.

Group Head of M&A responsibilities:

Interact with Exco and senior leaders on a regular basis

• Contribute to the overall M&A strategy and build deal flow
• Contribute to leading, planning and providing support for due diligence
• Draft deal documentation

Group Head of M&A requirements

• Relevant degree in economics, corporate finance. CA (SA), MBA, CFA is advantageous
• More than 10 years of relevant M&A experience within a large corporate
• Experience in deal services and corporate finance
• Regulatory requirement knowledge a plus
