Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join a Telecoms campaign based in Claremont

What you will be responsible for:

• Delivering on client KPI's that include:
  • Increasing revenue by cross selling and upselling within the existing segments.
  • Increase revenue by selling Value Added Services
  • Manage & reduce churn
  • Retain the existing base in a form of contract upgrade renewals.
  • Increase revenue by selling converged and or fixed products.
  • Responsible for conducting campaigns within the existing base.
  • Achieving set strategic targets
  • Managing Inbound Service Levels
• Deliver WNS contractual & commercial performance - this is a risk and reward model campaign
• People Management - Create a High Performing, Highly Engaged Team who are focused on exceeding all expectations.
• Stakeholder Management at middle management level

Qualifications

Key requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12

Additional Information

Preferred:

• 2 years experience in managing leaders
