    Group Manager Organisational Development and Rewards

    An exciting vacancy exists at Corporate Office for an experienced Group Manager Organisational Design, Development and Rewards within the Human Resources division.

    Key Performance Output

    The successful candidate will be reporting to the Group Executive Human Resources, and will be responsible but not limited to the following:

    • Development and delivery of a robust ER and Engagement strategy which is aligned to the people priorities looking beyond today and into the future.
    • Remain up to date with macro and micro-economic conditions and legislation.
    • Implement actions to support positive & healthy labour relations environment
    • Develop and implement an organizational design that is aligned to the operating model.
    • Develop and define Strategic Workforce Planning objectives and guidelines and apply labour law to the Workforce Planning Strategy.
    • Develop organisational design plan and manage organisational design metrics and maintain organisational structures
    • Manage job analysis, job profiling, job grading and define positions for jobs.
    • Positioning of the employer brand, EVP, Employee Wellness, Talent Retention and organizational culture that supports delivery on business strategy
    • Develop effective Change Management, communication strategy & channels to all Employees People & Culture initiatives.
    • Develop and manage the implementation of the total Transformation Agenda to ensure achievement of the strategic business objectives.
    • Manage total reward strategy, company pay offering and analytics reporting.

    Technical Skills and Experience

    The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such will be required:

    • Bachelor Honours Degree NQF Level 8 (480 Credits) is essential.
    • Master’s Degree NQF Level 9 in Human Resources / Psychology will be Advantageous.
    • Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources/ Labour Relations/ Labour Law is recommended.
    • 5 – 7 years operational experience in Rewards and Benefits, Organisational Design, Change Management, Culture, Employee Engagement and Wellness is recommended.
    • 5 – 7 years management experience in Labour Relations and Employment Equity is recommended.
    • MS Office proficiency on an advanced level.
    • Code B: Motor vehicle license is essential
