    Business Engagement Coordinator: Internal Communications

    Job Objectives

    Content Coordination and Creation:

    • Create compelling and relevant content for various channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and other internal platforms. 
    • Coordinate the production and distribution of content and brand collateral including sourcing, arranging, scheduling and consolidating content, images, photoshoots, video shoots and materials. 
    • Support with updating the internal communications calendar and planning and coordinating related activities and events, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of messages.
    • Ensure consistency in messaging while tailoring content to suit different brands and departments.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the Senior Communication Specialist: Business Engagement to understand departmental or brand related business goals and communication objectives.
    • Collaborate with different departments and brands to gather information and insights for effective content creation.

    Channel Management:

    • Utilise a variety of channels, including digital platforms, visual media, and written communication, to convey messages to employees.
    • Support the maintenance of channels where relevant. 
    • Support the group-wide optimisation drive for email communication at the company.

    Reporting: 

    • Responsible for gathering qualitative and quantitative data to assist the Senior Internal 
    • Communication Specialist: Business Engagement with compiling insightful reports to track and  measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and initiatives.

    Employee Engagement:

    • Collect feedback from various channels to gauge the effectiveness of communication strategies.

    Administrative Support: 

    • Assist with research for employee posts, features, publications, newsletters, etc.

    Trade Creditors Controller (Meat Markets)

    Job Objectives

    • Capture detailed weekly Sales and Cabinet Stock on Actual Trading. (Sales Returns)
    • Request new Sales Return from Meat Market Manager for all Sales with errors done on Butchery side.
    • Check that all Scale/Calculator/Rewraps are completed on the Sales Return.
    • Phone store for Incident Number in cases where there are missing Scale figures.
    • Check that Cabinet breakdown is completed.
    • Mince/Wors is recorded.
