    Cashier - Cape Town

    Primary Responsibilities Include:

    • Responsible for answering the telephones using the appropriate etiquette, in accordance to LQA standards.
    • Take the guest order, always trying to use suggestive/ upselling techniques.
    • Provide an expected delivery time for the guest’s order.
    • Ensure guests special requests are communicated to the Kitchen.
    • Monitor guest orders to ensure all orders are delivered on time.
    • Accurately posts payments to the POS system.

    Requirements

    • Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
    • 1- 2 years relevant experience in a similar position within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment
    • Excellent telephone etiquette.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Exceptional customer service orientation.
    • Knowledge of food menu and wine list

    sales Manager – Leisure

    Primary Responsibilities Include:

    • Conduct site inspections and client entertaining as required which may include out of hours and weekends.
    • Track and record sales activities and account growth by using available systems and tools
    • Introduce initiatives to raise awareness of the hotel.
    • Assisting the Director of Sales and Marketing in preparations of presentations, market research, sales action plans etc.

    Requirements

    What You Bring:

    • 3-5 years’ relevant experience within a similar role, ideally in the luxury hospitality industry.
    • A relevant industry-related diploma or degree is advantageous.
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
    • Demonstrated ability to be innovative and creative, with exceptional communication and administrative skills.

    Commis Chef - Cape Town

    Primary Responsibilities Include:

    • Prepare food and provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to all the customers as per the set standards.
    • Produce all necessary food for all food service operations as required and as instructed by the senior Chef.
    • Maintaining quality and quantity control in all aspects, from portion control to freshness of the product presented.
    • Plating and presenting meal items as per the seniors’ instructions as well as judging the quality of raw material & providing quality finished products.

    Requirements:
