    Learning and Development Specialist (6 Months - Maternity Cover)

    ABOUT THE JOB

    • The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for the oversight and execution of all learning initiatives across the Group. This includes the design and execution of the curriculum, preparation of a TNA, compilation of the WSP, reporting on ROI, maintenance of all learning reports and advising on improvements to the Group's learning and development needs

    KEY AREAS OF RESPOSIBILITY:

    • Design a learning and development plan aligned to the business strategy.
    • Ensure TNA's are conducted and submitted in a timeous manner.
    • Complete and monitor a training budget that is aligned to training needs and business strategy
    • Complete and submit a WSP and annual training report for each company within the Group.
    • Schedule and facilitate skills development meetings on a quarterly basis.
    • Leverage the benefits of the SETA to ensure the maximum value is attained from the various SETA offerings.
    • Oversee the development of curriculum for key skills across the business.
    • Manage and oversee the assessment of employees to ensure transfer of learning has occurred.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends to ensure best practice.
    • Full coordination and facilitation of training at both head office and plant
    • Mapping Talent Reviews action to learning objectives
    • Building functional capability working with the Transformation Lead
    • Providing LMS and E-learning expertise
    • Leading business and functional onboarding

    Employee Services Manager (Payroll Manager)

    ABOUT THE JOB

    • The Local IBS Employee Services Lead is accountable for the set-up and ongoing management of his/her scope of services in the region, in line with service level agreements and quality standards defined by the Global IBS Employee Services Lead and with the Local BU/business teams.
    • He/she builds the capability to deliver regional services according to the IBS strategy and business case. He/she delivers innovation and continuous improvement, to enhance the quality of service provided and optimize costs for the activities in scope.
    • He/she is part of the HR country (ies) leadership team(s) contributing to HR local strategy and  ensuring the relevant support for local business.

    Employee Services activities

    • Ensure all DBS ES activities are delivered at the agreed level of service and performance and in line with customer satisfaction metrics, as defined in the DBS value framework.
    • Own the application of common standards for DBS services and sponsors initiatives to implement best practices.
    • Monitor compliance and process performance, working with Risk, Compliance, internal control, and internal and external audit.
    • Sponsor DBS ES digitalization projects: identify and gain approval for tools and process improvements, provide prioritization requests.
    • Drive process standardization, harmonization, automation, excellence and continuous improvement.

    Local management

    • Lead the DBS ES local teams to plan for and implement DBS processes, deploy technology, operating principles, services, culture and organization design for the region.
    • Influence functional professionals in region to adapt to operating standards.

    Interactions with stakeholders

    • Work closely with BU HR to ensure end-to-end process & strategy consistency.
    • Report performance and escalate issues to Regional ES Lead and Local DBS Lead, as defined in the DBS governance model.
    • Local point of contact regarding Employee Services activities.
    • Liaise with DBS HRBP to drive team capability development in order to ensure service delivery and optimal team make-up.

    KEY DELIVERABLES

    • Setup and continuous improvement of local DBS ES strategy, policies, processes and tools in alignment with core model and standards
    • Monitoring of compliance, process & team efficiency, performance and level of service quality
    • Local team management
    • Close interaction with the local BU HR team & DBS

    Languages required:

    • Fluent in English

    Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Multi-national company in C&B
    • Sage 300 – Payroll Tool experience
    • Team management experience

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

    Strategy and Insights Manager

    Purpose of the Job:

    • This role will be responsible for influencing strategy for Danone company portfolio as well as identifying growth opportunities for the business and individual brands. This role will assist with cross category functions, category management, planning and trade marketing to understand how to best activate consumer marketing programs to drive category lifts and leverage all data sources available to assist with development of pricing, assortment, shelving and merchandising decisions.
    • Strategic role for the product development working with R&I and co-leading on UX function for superior, competitive products that follow Danone guidelines
    • Lead S&I Function for DSA CBU:
    • EDP focusing on EDN (with a focus on Kids), Indulgence, Functionals and Drinkables

    Principal Accountabilities:

    • Own all custom consumer and shopper research for EDP
    • Use syndicated and/or retailer specific data to develop, prepare and present information and recommendations in support of customer teams, category management and brand teams and key retail sales initiatives (such as retailer performance, trends & opportunities, pricing effectiveness, promotion effectiveness, category space expansion opportunities, etc.)
    • Manage on a daily bases, implement and optimize the use and added value of syndicated research. Challenge research agencies to guarantee high quality standards on outputs delivered in a timely manner
    • Ensure attainment of high standards of technical competence regarding research supplier selection, questionnaire design and analysis.
    • Organize filing and access of all data (internal and external) relevant to the organization. Establish systems to facilitate the storage and efficient retrieval of research data esp. for product tests in line with R&D sensory panel manager.
    • Working on the UX key success criteria for all the categories of the CBU and working closely with the R&D and factory to ensure the standard are implemented
    • Providing insights support for all phases of the product development cycle, from white space identification and concept testing to in-market tracking and competitive benchmarking
    • Ability to identify optimization opportunities based on Brand Health Tracker and Copy Testing
    • Managing vendor relationships and research budget and identifying opportunities of optimization
    • Supporting the Marketing Team to help deliver growth-driving consumer insights around the trends, ideas, concepts, products, advertising and packaging which will best meet the needs of our consumers. 
    • Handling the usage and attitudes and up coming trends and segmenting the market to help the marketing understand and identify the key target audience
    • Leadership: Leading and steering the relationship and work flow with the different agencies with hand-on experience on establishing strong partnerships, ensuring the ideal methodologies, generating reliable data at the best and right cost with continuous work on cost minimization measures. Leading several cross-functional teams in the areas of testing new Products/ideas qualification, product quality improvement, and cost chase measures.
    • Innovations: Working closely with the marketing team on the insights and the potential ideas generation and eventually qualifications with the consumers.

    ABOUT THE JOB

    To execute preventative and reactive maintenance on all equipment. Comply with Safety and GMP requirements

    • Adhere to quality, safety, health, housekeeping  and environmental standards/criteria, policies and procedures
    • Manage, monitor and execute preventative and reactive (i.e., breakdowns) maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of the production line.
    • Monitor and ensure that all required documentation is completed as per standard (Cost Justification, Job Cards, Planned Maintenance, stock applications, SBO’s (Safety actions), TAG’s, Permit to work and LOTO)
    • Adhere to budget constraints, reduce spare parts consumption and attempt to reduce costs associated with breakdowns.
    • Co-ordinate team members and plan the utilisation of maintenance staff to ensure that all shifts are optimally manned.
    • Coach and guide team members on maintenance related activities and problem solving techniques
    • Assist and support the Packaging / Processing Maintenance Team Leader with HR related activities (recruitment, learning and development, performance management, etc.)
    • Continually seek to identify opportunities for cost saving and more effective ways of carrying out maintenance related activities.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • N3/N4, Qualified Millwright

    MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • 5 - 10 years’ maintenance experience within a FMCG environment, Processing, Utilities and Packaging experience would be an advantage.
    • Leadership experience/People Management
    • Exposed to technical root cause analysis methodologies.
