    Senior Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist - JHB - Eastern Suburbs

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, registered with the South African Pharmacy Council
    • MSc, MBA or PhD may be an advantage.
    • Experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in human medicines - minimum 8 years of experience.

    Key Knowledge and Skills required:

    • Experience in registration of products and regulatory knowledge on South Africa, Botswana and Namibia market guidelines.
    • Demonstrate regulatory experience with a pharmaceutical company with proven examples of contribution.
    • Proven ability to manage complex Regulatory issues and consistently deliver to time, cost and quality standards.
    • Regional Regulatory experience including knowledge of NDA, multisource product applications, and product lifecycle management processes.
    • Demonstrate experience of effective delivery in a complex matrix environment.
    • Knowledge of Regional Regulatory environment
    • Technically competent to understand CMC submissions, interpret and communicate requirements, and identify potential risks.
    • Knowledge of drug development, regulations and guidelines
    • Strong leadership and management qualities, including excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Understanding of pharmaceutical industry, clinical trials and pharmacovigilance

    Executive Assistant - People Management - JHB - Northern Suburbs

    Qualifications:

    • Matric or relevant certificate
    • Post Matric Qualification will be added advantage

    Experience:

    • Minimum 3 - 5 years’ work experience Management of complex diaries and coordination of meetings for relevant team members and oversee seamless organization of them.
    • Develop agenda and minutes of meetings.
    • Receive and screen incoming calls and visitors, determine which are priority matters, and alert the executive accordingly. Make referrals to appropriate staff or provide requested information.
    • Management of other incoming correspondence (e-mails/manual mails) and respond appropriately.
    • Arrange local and international travel bookings and reservations, ensuring that all bookings are communicated effectively and within Sasria travel policy.
    • Acts as liaison between the executive and subordinates by transmitting directives, instructions and assignments and following up on the status of assignments.
    • Deal with queries/complaints where necessary.
    • Prepare presentations for Exco and Managers: Review, proofread, and edit documents prepared for the administrator’s or executive’s signature.
    • Compile and safeguard records for respective Divisions
    • Prepare and type documents (for internal or external use) in accordance with the established Sasria standards and branding guidelines.
    • Organise and attend to photocopying, printing, binding and deliveries of documents by messengers and couriers.
    • Ensure that divisional information is kept up to date on the Intranet.
    • Assist with other ad hoc duties as and when required.
    • Manage stationery orders for allocated respective Divisions.
    • Coordinates trainings and seminars run by allocated respective Divisions.
    • Provide secretarial support on relevant professional bodies and regulatory forums

    Senior Research Consultant (12 month contract)

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Matric required
    • Relevant diploma or degree qualification a Tertiary is qualification advantageous
    • Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a Recruitment Agency or inhouse recruitment environment essential 

    Key Responsibilities:

    Candidate Sourcing:

    • Utilize various online platforms, databases, and tools to identify and source potential candidates

    Candidate Screening and Engagement:

    • Initiate contact with potential candidates through emails, messages, and phone calls, and build and maintain relationships with them
    • Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
    • Conduct reference checks and gather all relevant supporting documents from candidates

    Database Management:

    • Maintain accurate and organized candidate databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations
    • Load top talent on the company's database

    Reporting:

    • Provide regular reports and updates on candidate pipeline status, sourcing efforts and recruitment metrics (as and when required)

    Team work and Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and collaborate on candidate submissions
    • Providing feedback to applicants throughout recruitment process
    • Assist Account Managers/ Recruitment Manager with recruitment activities
