Growth Manager at Salt South Africa

Responsibilities:

• Support our regional heads with the partner brand requirements and campaigns in the region.
• Make sure that there are proper briefs and all stakeholders are aligned in terms of the scope and the proposed outcome of requests.
• Working with all the necessary internal/external resources to ensure that we get the outcome that we need.
• Delivering high-quality work for our partners.
• report on the impact of our work on a monthly basis and drive incremental improvement/changes if needed.
• Working with the regional heads and the internal growth team to assist with the planning and coordinating the execution of the growth plan for each brand/region.
• This might include but is not limited to social media planning and posting, in-store campaigns, digital campaigns, sponsorships and digital marketing.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role or industry.
• Strong knowledge of Social and Google Analytics.
• Content development and Performance.
• Strong experience in Project planning.
• Marketing degree or relevant.
• Excellent communicator.
