• We are seeking a dedicated, organised and guest-focused individual with a passion for hospitality, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to lead a small team while ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeing the daily operations of the boutique hotel
• Managing reservations, bookings and online booking platforms
• Handling guest check-ins, check-outs and guest relations
• Coordinating breakfast and conferencing requirements
• Managing housekeeping and conducting room and public area inspections
• General administration and operational coordination
• Supervising and supporting a small team

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the hospitality, guesthouse or hotel industry
• Sound working knowledge of NightsBridge and online booking platforms, including Apply Below and Expedia
• Excellent computer literacy and administrative skills
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Professional presentation and excellent written and spoken communication skills
• A high level of integrity, reliability, dedication and attention to detail
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
