• A well-established and growing hospitality business in Namaqualand is seeking an experienced, hands-on Guesthouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of a guesthouse, luxury villa, and associated accommodation properties. This role suits a professional who leads with ownership, pride, and service excellence 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the operation as if it were your own business
• Full accountability for property, staff, and operations
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Actively assist guests and oversee hospitality functions
• Prepare and submit weekly management reports
• Implement and maintain operational systems and standards
• Recruit, train, and develop staff
• Manage staff contracts and HR administration
• Work closely with the owner
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant certification or training in hospitality
• 3 - 5 years’ management experience
• Strong computer literacy
• Willingness to work long and irregular hours
