What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out general maintenance and repair work across the property
• Performing basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and building repairs
• Conducting routine inspections to identify maintenance issues
• Maintaining gardens, outdoor areas, and general property upkeep where required
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

What We're Looking For

• Previous handyman, maintenance, or general building experience
• Practical knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance problems efficiently
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
• A valid driver's licence will be advantageous
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required
