What You'll Be Doing

• You'll be the driving force behind our Human Capital technology landscape, ensuring our systems are efficient, connected, scalable, and future ready.

Your key focus areas will include:

Leading Our People Technology Ecosystem

• Own and optimise our Human Capital systems landscape, including HRIS, ATS, payroll and other people technologies.
• Develop and execute the HC technology roadmap aligned to business and People strategy.
• Drive system enhancements, integrations, testing, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Technology, Finance, Payroll and business stakeholders to deliver seamless employee experiences.

Transforming the Way, We Work Through AI

• Identify opportunities to automate and improve People processes using AI and intelligent automation.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions, workflows and digital experiences.
• Support adoption of emerging technologies that improve efficiency, reporting and decision-making.
• Evaluate new tools and innovations that can create measurable business value.

Driving Payroll Systems Excellence

• Act as the custodian of the payroll systems environment, ensuring functionality, governance and continuous optimisation.
• Partner closely with Payroll teams to support system requirements, enhancements and reporting needs.
• Ensure payroll technology supports remuneration practices, compliance requirements and business growth.

Optimising Recruitment Technology

• Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to enhance ATS functionality and candidate experience.
• Improve recruitment workflows, automation and system integrations.
• Ensure recruitment technology remains secure, efficient and scalable.

Delivering Meaningful Insights

• Leverage data and analytics to provide actionable workforce insights.
• Improve reporting capabilities and support data-driven decision-making across the business.
• Champion data integrity and governance across all Human Capital systems.

What We're Looking For

• We're seeking someone who combines technical expertise with strong business understanding and a genuine passion for People technology.

Experience

• 8+ years' experience working with HR technology, HRIS, payroll systems or enterprise systems environments.
• Proven experience leading system optimisation, integrations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with HRIS, ATS and payroll platforms.
• Strong knowledge of remuneration, payroll processes and associated governance requirements.
• Experience managing vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience implementing AI, automation or workflow transformation solutions.

Technical Capability

You'll thrive in this role if you have experience with:
