    Head Of Account Management

    Role 

    As the Head of Account Management at Hubble Studios you will be responsible for leading the Account Management team and building relationships with new and existing clients. You will work closely with clients to identify their needs and develop strategies to grow their client base and ensure that the team is providing quality, cost-effective services.

    Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    • Provide Account Management training, leadership, support and supervision to the Account Management team. 
    • Responsible for overseeing all client accounts, leading and driving new business growth.  
    • Develop and set best practices on processes and be the subject matter expert on Account Management. 
    • Proactively lead Hubble Studios strategic account planning process, work with the Chief Development Officer to develop performance objectives, sales targets, and critical milestones for weekly/monthly/annual periods. 
    • Manage records of sales, revenue, and other important data.  
    • Present reports on account progress, goals to senior leadership. 
    • Maintain strategic top-level relationships and help guide Hubble Studios’ clients with the knowledge and solutions appropriate for their business.  
    • Maintain overall client satisfaction and collaborate with key team members across various disciplines to deliver the highest quality of service every day. 
    • Negotiate contracts on behalf of Hubble Studios. 
    • Responsible for timely and accurate management and execution of all client benefit requests. 
    • Manage and complete the client transition from the New Business Team to the Operations Team, including client implementation, quality assurance, error resolution and day-to-day oversight. 
    • Evaluate employee performance and review employee goals. 
    • Establish and drive a process culture across business. 

    Requirements

    • A degree in Commerce, Education, Technology or Science Bachelor’s – (Master’s degree – a plus).Experience in business to business sales.Understanding of the higher education field advantageous.Ability to travel and present to clients, as required.
    • Experience in an agency or recruitment advantageous.
    • Understanding of the e-learning industry.
    • At least 3 year’s managerial experience leading a similar or like function.

     Competency Skills 

    • Up to date on the latest industry trends; able to articulate trends clearly and confidently.
    • Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
    • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Hubspot. 
    • Organised and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Knowledgeable of sales process from initiation to close.
    • Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently.
    • Solid negotiation skills. 
    • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with clients and management.
