Head of Continuous Improvement - Supply Chain at Syndicate Personnel Specialists

Our client, a leading global FMCG company is looking for a seasoned Supply Chain professional to drive Continuous Improvement and Optimisation of their Supply Chain and Manufacturing operations.

• You will be required to develop supply chain network design and Optimisation strategies that support the medium and long-term supply chain and manufacturing strategies.
• Your acquired project management expertise will ensure that you constantly evaluate and realign continuous improvement projects with changing business priorities so as to deliver on intent and profitably.
• Your knowledge of FMCG end-to-end Supply Chains as well as Supply Chain and Manufacturing Management systems will enable you to review and benchmark supply chain practices, alternative business models, innovative asset utilization and delivery solutions to improve business performance and develop a competitive advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Applicants must have a degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent coupled with at least 8 to 10 years supply chain and continuous improvement experience within a manufacturing environment.
